Hi,
I need a very small form factor with USB & SPI or I2C (to drive LCD or OLED output) and the power & Flash RAM on an ARM SoC. Will there soon be a 5 volt Trinket with an M0+? I have found various LCD and OLED outputs that use 5 volt and the same size as the Trinket. I need to device to work as a true USB device so that 2 units can be connected to manage data sharing. I intend to place a rechargeable battery between the two circuits and have 3D printed cases.
I appreciate that this is a very specific list of requirements but Adafruit seem to be the only people in the business who work with developers of novel products. I have found microcontrollers with the right spec but I would have to buy 1000 of them!
I've seen several 5v M0+ cores available, but of course the Trinket has just the right performance and connectivity I need. Initially I will make 3 but the price becomes important if the design is licensed.
Many thanks,
Sean
5 volt ARM M0+ Trinket

PS Freescale =announced 5v Arm Cortex M0+ SoCs.
the ATSAMC21G18A-MUT is an almost perfect match. The only issue is that USB would need to switch to and from USART but the CPU has DMA & timers so it seems a simple hack.
Unless you have a 5v system, you cannot connect 2 or more devices together via USB.

Mouser spat out 5v M0+

I don't know if this is of benefit. I'm very keen to use the 5 volt Trinket M0 for a commercial product. Add OLED and zener diode (for TRNG) and being 5v, two of the 'Secure Trinkets' to swap 1-time pads as well as 128 or 256-bit symmetrical keys; hence 256K of Flash important.
