I started this project back at the end of November and when I turned it on it was unresponsive. I shelved it until this week where I came back to troubleshoot it.
I have so far:
Inspected my soldering (see pics)
Inspected component placement
Checked and verified voltage when battery pack is on (4.75v)
Checked voltage at pin 7 of the chip to verify voltage (4.75v again)
Also it doesn't seem like my computer running Windows 10 detects the device even with the Adafruit drivers installed. Is this a Windows 10 issue?
Any other suggestions to get this little guy breathing?

@jrouille Thanks for the photos. I think you may have also received an unprogrammed chip. Let's send you a new chip. Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and they can get you one.
