w00000w!!! That looks like some sort of torture machine! what are all the mods?
Maybe we'll never know!?
On the plus side however, I did spy a video of it in action on YouTube..

the case is an old mixer which contained the plates wich are filled with the pots faders and switches.
from another mixer (which was given up on) comes an power echo that is built in.
mostly the mods are from the wiki and site .
echo can be mixed with true sound or stand alone.(works nice with the insert modification)
mostly mods from the wiki and some addings to it
accentsweep speed settings on a guitarswitch 5 positions
accentsweep on/off with 2m2 pot to control the range between on and off (shortens d24)
rotery for different 'muffler'diode distortions with 50 k pot to control the range between full and off
insert mod is with pot also to control the level vco kill switch and vco to insertlevel controlpot switch (crossfades inserted sound with vco sound) it makes the sound 'come up' this is very usefull if an effect is inserted.
again thanks for all the information and enthusiasm here on the forum ,
without it would be much harder to work on such a project
keep it up!

Acrylic panels feel too weak though
yeah, they crack pretty easily. one of the back panels shattered on me when i was simply putting it in the pactec
here's one with the suboscillator from this thread
http://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3970 minus the -2 PWM function
Hey, that looks familiar.

x0xb0x #795 FINALLY complete...
I started making #795 when I was working/living in San Francisco around this time last year. I had everything finished except for the sequencer section when I returned to Sydney, Australia. I've since been traveling a lot for work, and never had time to sit down and complete her. Finally, she is done!
Many thanks to the people on this board, and to Ladyada for this awesome DIY project. #795 is completely stock.

took me a while to finish (3 years!) where most of the time was spent thinking I had destroyed it and being very annoyed. it appeared that i was running it on DC...
was well chuffed when I discovered it was actually working like a charm - even the USB which I though I had made a total mess of!
test track, made in 5 minutes

Finished mine a couple of days ago, ordered from substyler ...
sounds nice, a bit off tune, but i probably haven't tuned it correctly, and the usb never started :/ i'm guessing i must have fried the ttl converter chip while soldering it

i had my box done some year ago and some problems sorted out some months ago.
made an account on the net some days ago and recorded two demos just to show internet people what its about.
its #402 recorded in 24bit 88khz motu ultralite then bounced to 16bit 44khz, no fx.

That looks great Amanita! Even if the colours are not my first choice
So.. deliberate mistake.. Down & Up labelling on the front panel per chance? I'd be pissed too after all that hard work!
Still, I'd bet that with a little ingenuity, you could rejig the wiring/tracks on the PCB to swap the 2 buttons functions over. I think that would be easier than having a new front panel made up, or the existing one corrected
