Is there a board like Gemma M0 but with a soldered-on coin cell battery holder?
Looking to create a tiny wearable, but attaching a coin cell holder seems to increase size significantly.

I don't think there is any wearable board with an in-built battery holder.

One problem is that you don't have 3.3V coin batteries that I know of, so you need a different type of battery, or a holder for 2 CR2032.
That's where tiny li-poly batteries come in, with all their caveats.
I know of boards like the Lilygo T-OI Plus but obviously that's bigger than a coin cell: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256803162622213.html

Microchip still sells the AVR Butterfly, a wearable AVR MCU+LCD display+sensors, with coin cell holder. Programming tutorials and some interesting applications can be found on line.
I turned mine into a wearable barometric pressure and altitude display. Works great!
