I've read the explanation on the history setting for the feeds but i still dont understand really
what does the 1 KB limit really mean when History is on?
is all data removed from the feed that is over 1KB?
When would i choose ON or OFF?

You can push values up to 1kB in length.

If you need to push large values into an Adafruit IO Feed, up to 100kB, history for that feed should be turned off so it can store more data.
