Manufacturer segment LED modules

Do you mind sharing the manufacturer of the new LED segment modules including the pure-green?

Most EU sellers of Adafruit don't offer it yet, and getting it from the US will be steep in price, so if these are available at RS or Digikey as raw modules, that would be great. I can buy the backpacks here.
