Hi,
I'have a 8GB unit bought from Adafruit on Sept 2022. After working perfect in headless mode for some weeks, it stopped booting. When powered both ACT (green) and PWR (red) leds are ON without any apparent blinking.
I've checked the official led warning flash codes, but there's no error code for my case.

Is the device faulty?
Thanks!

Re: Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB. Green light of death?
I tried almost all tests.
Device is unresponsive either with or without sdcard.
Also tried to configure HDMI hotplug without success by uncommenting the following line on config.txt

How was the Pi being used for the weeks it was operational?
What software was being run?
How were you connecting to the Pi?
What hardware was attached to GPIO header?
etc.
