Miniature 5V Cooling Fan for Raspberry Pi - connector?

Post by FredMitchell »

I recently purchased two miniature cooling fans https://www.adafruit.com/product/3368#description for a project, but not for RPi. I would like to get a male connector for hooking to my circuit. The product spec does not identify the connector except that you can "Plug the fan directly into your Raspberry Pi's 5V+GND GPIO power pins."

I am hoping someone can identify the connector or refer me to a battery box or the like so that I can use it to complete the project.

They are 0.10" pins. You could use a strip of pins from adafruit and cut them or, perhaps get one of these but I don't know if the plastic will fit, the pins will/
