Status lights on USB LiIon/LiPoly charger indicate test mode?

Measured in circuit, from the pads on the back of the 259, I read 9.44 kOhms with no power applied.

With power applied I get (unsurprisingly) nonsensical readings like negative 4.5 megohms. Remove 12v in and I am back at 9.4 kOhms.

OK, so with no open circuit on the RTD, the charge controller chip would appear to be the problem. If you contact [email protected] with a link to this thread, we can replace the charger board for you.
