LTC4311 with 2 Nano33 BLE

hi, I used your LTC4311 active terminator to allow I2C communication between two Nano33 BLE boards at 2 meters distance. The cable in between is a twisted pair of a cat5 cable.

Based on your description it should have worked with ease. Unfortunately it does not. I do not get any data at the receiver.
Can internal pullup resistors of the Nano33 BLE boards be in conflict with your board settings?
