Can I power a Feather with 3.3v?
I want to use a 12v input that would be split between a DC wing, and through a 3.3v buck converter to the feather.
Would that work? It takes 5v from USB... and battery power gives slightly more than 3.3v...
So just wondering if that would work. I am NOT looking to charge a battery at the same time, if that makes a difference.

There would be a bit of a voltage drop through the Feather's regulator if you feed via the USB or battery inputs. The processor will likely work just fine, but any readings via analog pins would be affected.
If you have a stable 3.3v source and you do not plan to connect anything to the USB, you could bypass the regulator and feed directly to the 3.3v pin.

oh... I thought that was an "output" only kinda pin...
It would be as stable as your buck converter is I suppose.
I wouldn't need anything plugged in USB.
I am just trying to power my thing with a single power source, instead of 12v for the wing and USB cable for the feather.

The buck regulator output should be stable enough to power via the 3.3v pin. You just want to avoid connecting via USB at the same time so the regulators won't be fighting each other for control.
