This other thread was locked but I have the same problem. viewtopic.php?t=194727
I live in kosovo and hardware is much more expensive/difficult to get here, and I just paid 30 euro's for this outdated chip, apparently. Which is a lot of money here. And now that I 'flashed' the chip I can't upload 'normal' Arduino code onto it.
Is there any way to reverse this? Or is there an older version of wippersnapper that I can use with my chip?

Re: Feather Huzzah ESP8266 does not appear in my boards
Hi Trismegiste, this issue was a bug with Beta 50/51 on the ESP8266 platform and we fixed it yesterday (see: https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_Wi ... o/pull/353) and released the fix with Beta 52 just now (https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_Wi ... .0-beta.52)
Navigate to the web uploader and upload beta 52 to your board: https://adafruit.github.io/WipperSnappe ... _Uploader/
If you are experiencing the same crashing, please let me know in this thread and we'll continue to work on this issue.
