I can't get Windows 10 to recognize a Feather M0 Bluefruit LE. When I plug it in, the board lights up, but it doesn't show up in device manager (screenshot attached).
I've tried multiple cables and USB ports (verifying that they are capable of data transfer using other devices), multiple windows 10 computers, a USB hub, and resetting the board and nothing has worked. I can connect to it with the Bluefruit connect app on my phone, and was able to update the firmware, but that didn't help either.
I also tried getting the drivers from here: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-ard ... stallation.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

When I do that, I get the message "Failed uploading: no upload port provided".
I tried selecting "COM 1", since it was the only port I could select to see if that would work, but then I get "No device found on COM1".

What version of the Arduino IDE are you using?

Thanks. That should be fine.
As another way to check the com port - does COM1 go away when you unplug the Feather? (maybe COM1 is something else)
Also - if you double press the reset button, what does the little red LED next to the USB connector on the Feather do?

COM1 doesn't go away when the feather is unplugged.
When I double press the reset button, the LED goes from blinking to being on continuously. It does flicker a bit at about the same frequency that it was blinking though. It seems to continue doing that indefinitely until I unplug and then plug it back in.

COM1 is something else then. The LED behavior doesn't sound correct. Let's try a replacement.
Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number and they can send you a replacement Feather.
