No power when I2C is plugged in

Post by js_burakoff »

So, this seems like a weird one! If I plug in the I2C cable my feather won't boot. At first I thought that I must have accidentally shorted something on one of my I2C breakouts.... but it happens even if I don't have anything connected to the I2C cable. Plug it in, lights all go out, take it out they pop on.

It's a cheapo cable, but I've used it before, and tried a different one to check if that helped. Any thoughts?

Ok, got in there with a bright flashlight and I think the pins are mashed inside the port. I don't know how I could have done it, but it seems more likely to be me than that it shipped like that. I'll just use the standard pins on the board
