White Screen with PiTFT Plus 320x240 2.8"

Recently purchased and set up the PiTFT touch screen using the instructions on the website (
found here). After reboot, the screen was still white. I tried looking into it and saw that someone else had this issue, and it seemed like it was hardware (
found here). I am not sure what is causing it. I checked the screen, and all the connectors seemed to be fine. Let me know if any more info is needed and I appreciate the support!

Which OS release image were you using as a starting point?
What model Pi are you using?

I am using Ubuntu Server 22.10
What model Pi are you using?
I have a Pi 3B v2

It's only been confirmed working for the OS versions mentioned in the guide. Try installing one of those to an SD card and see if it'll work with known OS releases.
