I am wondering if it would be possible for a Feather MO WIFI to charge two 3.7V LiPo batteries at the same time?
I am asking because I am trying to avoid the coin cell battery used in external RTC's. Replacing the coin battery with a rechargeable battery would be superior in many ways.
All comments/suggestions are most welcome.
Thank you.

No. The Feather charging circuit only works with a single LiPo at a time.

Just a thought -- you might take a look at an RTC breakout board from SparkFun, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14558 which uses a "supercapacitor" to keep the RTC going when power isn't present. Although this particular board also has provision for a coin cell, you can easily ignore it and just use the capacitor.
