Making connection to 16 Ch servo bonnet GPIO

What is the suggested way to connect to the GPIO holes on the Adafruit 16 ch servo bonnet? Is there a header that can be soldered into these holes so male or female pin connections can be made? Thank you.

These have a 0.1" pin spacing, so any 0.1" pitch headers will fit. The male 'breakaway' header strips will snap apart to any length. The female strips can also be cut to length, but you lose one pin in the process.
