I'm trying to understand what the differences are between the two Fuel Gauge boards are that are available in the Adafruit store... the Adafruit LC709203F (4712) and the Adafruit MAX17048 (5580). What are the practical differences between these two boards? Why would I buy one over the other?
Thanks!

With Adafruit LC709203F, you can read the battery temperature also. If you connect a 10K thermistor to the THERM pin you can also use it to read the battery pack temperature. This option is not available in Adafruit MAX17048.

Active power consumption is a non-negligible difference between the two.
LC709203F: 3µA
MAX17048: 23µA
Kind regards
