Hi
I wonder if the difference between:
https://www.adafruit.com/product/1054
and
https://www.adafruit.com/product/1056
is the built-in MOSFET in the latter one or is there some other trick to properly PWM a laser diode? I other words: does the "TTL" version just provide an integrated MOSFET as a convenience to the user, saving them from having to buffer the GPIO signal or is there something more to it? I'm trying to minimize the wired connections count.
Regards,
Zbig

Re: Laser diode vs. TTL laser diode
I cannot see any difference rather than higher current consumption and different voltage range. Hope adafuit will clarify.
