Hello!
Quick question: does the Micro SD breakout board+ (product ID 254) come with a micro SD card? Or is the 2 GB of storage built in, and you can add more with the card? Or do I have to buy a card separately?

There is no card or storage on this board. You need to buy a card separately. It is a microSD card socket with a voltage regulator and level shifters to make it easier to use.
The line mentioning 2G+ of storage is a bit odd, and I believe it is accentuating that you can access a large amount of storage with only a few pins.
