When I inserted the camera module into the camera port and ran a test run of the camera, only a white screen showed up instead of an actual picture. When I swapped out the camera module with the other same model camera we ordered, I was able to see the actual picture. I tried inserting and reinserting the camera module that wasn't working correctly into the port to make sure it was sitting securely and properly, but it still didn't work.
Invoice number 2972204, SID 3.2.4, Part number 3099.
I have purchased a new camera as we have a project deadline to reach. I was hoping we could just return the defective camera.
Please let me know what you need to move forward with this request.
Thank you,
Emily

Re: Defective - Raspberry Pi Camera Board v2 - 8 Megapixels
Is everything else the same when doing the swap test between the working camera and non-working camera? Same Pi, ribbon cable, etc?
