that can be connected to a vibration or noise effect proportional to the magnetic field strength? In other words the closer the sensor is to a magnet the louder/more intense the effect produced? I'm not an electronics circuit builder so I would have to get basic parts for a prototype. This item is what I am looking at:

Then I would need something to generate a vibration or buzz connected to it.
What other basic considerations? The device would need to be as small as able and be worn on the wrist like a watch.
