Hi,
I'd like to use the TCA9548A I2C Multiplexer for a system with a 5V master and 3.3V or 5V devices. Am I correct in thinking that it is as easy as supplying the Vin with 5V for the master side, and then connecting pull-up resistors for each of the other devices to either 5V or 3.3V as needed?

That is correct. There are no on-board pullups for any of the output signals. So you can pull them up to different voltages as required.
