Raspberry Pi 4 availability time of day?

Post by flintobrien »

Is there a good time of day to check if Raspberry Pi 4 is available from adafruit? I keep seeing that I missed available stock on https://rpilocator.com/ and I have yet to receive email notifications of stock available from adafruit (even with 2-factor authentication on and checked my spam folder).

ps. There was no way to ask this via Contact Us form.

Have you tried the 'Notify me' option here?

Yes. I signed up for notify me, but I haven't received any email notifications (even with 2-factor authentication on and checked my spam folder). And that's with https://rpilocator.com/ saying Adafruit has had stock a half dozen times in the last few weeks (but not there when I check). That's why I asked when is a good time to check.

Same here. I've waiting to be notified of Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W availability for six months or more. Posts on this forum asking for help about their Zero 2 W indicate that SOME people have purchased them from Adafruit during that time. I wonder why they were notified and I wasn't. Maybe the notification system is not working properly.

Notifications are 'first come first notified' so, when they come in stock it will notify sequentially until they are gone. It's not great but it is fair.
