Feather 32U4 RFM95 no Port

I received Feather 32U4 RFM95 LoRo Radio, Part # 3078, on January 10, 2023. I am not able to assign a Port using Arduino IDE (2.0.3). I have no trouble assigning a Port when I use a Feather RFM95 M0 and all versions of ESP32s/Arduino UNO/etc. It appears the Feather 32U4 module is dead on arrival. I have taken screenshots below of Arduino IDE and both the Feather 32U4 and the Feather M0.

Are you using the same USB cable for both boards?

There's a plague of charge-only cables out there with USB connectors at both ends, but no wires for the data signals. People get caught by them every day.

Just swapping cables has no diagnostic value. The current record is someone who had to try ten cables before finding one that worked. Only a working USB connection can rule out a charge-only cable.

Same cable for both the 32U4 and the M0. I use this cable for other ESP32s (Heltec, HiLetgo, DIYMall) without any issues. I am aware of the USB cable issues having had my own problems with them in the past. It still looks like a DOA module to me... Thanks for responding... Art
