LoRa or Packet radio featherwing and ESP32 feathers?

Wondering if there have been any more updates on using the LoRa featherwings and the newer ESP32 S2 or S3 feathers. I'm doing a project that will require both wifi and LoRa capability, and saw a post on this about 6 months ago saying there's no reason it shouldn't work, but that it had not yet been tested. Just wondering if anyone has positive results to report since then.

Second question. I saw the posts recently and today about a possible QA issue with the 32u4 LoRa radio feathers... about to order a few of those for the remote sensors for this project, but also wondering if any of that issue may possibly affect the LoRa featherwings as well? Looks like it's not with the radio per se, but not sure if it's been tracked down to what exactly is the cause yet.
