Adafruit QSPI DIP Breakout Board with circuit python?

I have not seen any info on how I might get on of these to work with circuit python and a board like the M4 express, or in fact any board.

Can it be done is there any info anywhere?

There is some limited info in the guide.

In the Arduino section it shows how to wire up to a Feather M4.
