Hi,
Recently purchased the USB LiIon/LiPoly charger - v1.2 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/259#technical-details) with 3 different lithium ion batteries (2000mAh, 1200mAh, 400mAh) all from Adafruit. Tried using the charger for the first time today. The PWR light is bright red when plugged in but, after plugging in any of the three batteries, no other lights lit up. Any idea what is going on? Seems like the CHRG light should light up. Do I need to solder a resister?
Thanks,
- Josh

No, you don't need to add any resistors to the board.
What voltage do you see between the positive and negative pins of the LiPos? The charger won't do anything unless the LiPo voltage has fallen far enough to start a valid charging cycle.

Ah! Showing 3.94v, 3.95v, 3.95v (2000, 1200, 400mAh). So they're fully charged, I'm assuming. I was expecting the DONE light to be lit in that case. Thanks for the help!

Found the problem. Turns out the battery connector was not soldered on properly. See the picture:
