What size are the male pins on the back of your 16mm illuminated pushbuttons (e.g., 1442)? Both the switch and LED terminals appear to be similar in width, but the switch pins are much thicker than the LED pins.

shows 0.6mm for the button tabs. It shows the spacing for the LED tabs, but not their thickness for some reason. Is eyeballing them from the known 0.6mm button tabs OK?

Thank you for the information. It appears I can use a 2.2mm female connector and tighten or loosen the 'grip' based on each thickness.
