How to find schematics for an Intel NUC

I have an Intel NUC that stopped booting. The standby led is on, power supply seems fine. I'd like to see if I can repair it before recycling it. Where can one find a schematic? I've already tried Intel. They didn't even bother getting back to me. Any idea how technicians who work on these things get schematics?

I wouldn't expect to find a service manual for one though.. devices like that tend to be single-board designs, so about all a typical service tech can do is pull the main board and put in a new one.
