Adafruit FT232H Breakout FIFO Support
Hello, does any know if the Adafruit FT232H Breakout (Product ID: 2264) works when using synchronous FIFO mode? The reason I ask this is because the product page does not mention anything about FIFO support, the clock rate for sync FIFO is 60MHz and I'm worried about signal integrity.

We don't have any special knowledge about using the FT232H in FIFO mode. You'll have to test it and see what kind of behavior you get.
I wouldn't worry too much about high-speed signal integrity though.. the FT232H is an I2C device, so you'll be limited to the 100kHz frequency of the I2C bus.

Re: Adafruit FT232H Breakout FIFO Support
I ended up buying the offical eval board from FTDI (UM232H) and I can confirm that its is a 4 layer PCB, unlike the adafruit one. If you are planning to use the 245 Sync Fifo would I not recomened purchasing the adafruit FT232H breakout as signal integrity may become a problem. Bummer since the UM232H needs a dip socket and uses a mni-B connector.
