Product that quanifies Center of Mass

Post by nghoddos »

Hi there,

Which one of AdaFruit products can measure the center of mass? If yes, are there any articles working on the validity and reliability of that?

Thanks,

Navid

If you are looking for an Inclinometer there is a Digikey part that the Adafruit blog recommends.

Murata SCL3300 Series 3-Axis Inclinometer:

We do not stock any products that will do that directly. Such systems do exist, but they are quite expensive:

If you have an accurate CAD model of the object, many CAD systems can calculate it for you. There are also many articles on-line explaining how to do that experimentally.:
