Raspberry Pi 400 not booting
my raspberry Pi 400 will not boot, have tried 3 new os from raspberry for 400 and still blinks 8 times and does noting...must be defective and would liked replaced...still under warranty@!!

Given the supply constraints on RasPi hardware (aka: there are none out there), we can only do a refund.
