Hello
I recently bought a Teensy 4.1 and I received it on March 14th (order number is: #3035183-6285724507)
I soldered the pins onto the board and when I plugged the board into my compute the teensy ran its led blink program like what it should be doing. I followed the instructions on PJRC's website and I downloaded Teensyduino. When I tried to upload a new program to the board, I pressed the program button and a red led blinked with no board showing up in Arduino IDE or the teensy program.
I tried 4 different USB cables and ports on my computer and nothing worked.
I also mode sure all the components were on the board and that there were no bridged pins.
If this is not fixable, is it possible to exchange it for a new one?
Thanks a lot!
-Dominic

Are you sure the cable has data pins and is not just a 'charging' cable
