Cannot recognize device
One of my brand new circuit playgrounds cannot be recognized when plugged in. I have tried it on different devices and with new cables. All the other devices in my kit work with no issues on the same device. Any suggestions on how to get a replacement?

Re: Cannot recognize device
They are Express ATSAMd21 @ 48MHz.
Does the battery need to be connected? I just plugged one in of the cord to the circuit board then plugged in the usb drive. The message on the screen say that it does not recognize a serial port.

Re: Cannot recognize device
Have you confirmed that you have a data USB cable and not a charge/power only one?

Re: Cannot recognize device
When we purchased the kit, it came with a usb cord so I'm using what your company supplied.

Re: Cannot recognize device
OK, then that's not the problem.
What happens if you double-press the reset button on the board?
Can you try uploading a simple sketch using Arduino? The blink test sketch will suffice to test whether the board is working.
