A large value electrolytic capacitor charged by a 28vdc bus was placed across the 3.3vdc bus without being discharged. As a result, an Adafruit Huzzah esp32 Feather and 2.8" TFT LCD with Cap Touch Breakout Board w/MicroSD Socket - EYESPI Connector, were damaged. I'm looking at the Display as being perhaps the easiest fix and besides, it is no longer in stock and difficult to replace. I suspect a device that looks like a voltage regulator that is identified as '2U=P1S' I don't have a data sheet for it, but looking at it with 2 pins up and 3 pins down, the bottom right pin shows 2.775 vdc, the middle pin shows 0 vdc, the left bottom pin shows 2.784 vdc, the top right pin shows 0 vdc, and the top left pin shows 1.160 vdc. There are two resistors (well probably resistors), one on top and one under the '2U=P1S' device. Values are not to be seen, and it would appear they might have been hot. I'll send a few photos.
I am interested in learning what would usually be damaged on this board by high voltage. If the 2U=P1S is the device, what is it, where can it be purchased? Or if I'm looking at the wrong item, what is the next thing to consider? The eyespi connector was used with a ribbon connector to the display.

Thank you for the quality photos. I took a look at the Eagle design files for #2090 and it looks like this is a SOT23-5L package. There is only one on the board with a value of MIC5225-3.3.

I ordered that little voltage regulator from digikey. I did order the one you listed, a 3.3v unit. I researched the IC that it supplies power to and the data sheet indicates it accepts 3.3v VCC at the power pin 20. So, cross my fingers and replace the little regulator.
