io for an end user commercial product??
I was wondering if there was someone I could speak to to see if Adafruit IO could be adapted as a self service platform for our IOT end users of our consumer product? Customers could buy our product in a box, self-serve account creation and assign their device and maybe pick from a template we provide them... we would like to guide and empower customers more than build some huge infrastructure that we would have to then charge them for.... thanks in advance...

Re: io for an end user commercial product??
Hi, Adafruit IO is not a platform designed for an end-user commercial product like you specify/want to do.
While you can do it, it lacks commercial features such as fleet management, device provisioning, and OTA updates. Also, we do not currently have a way for you to white-label IO. You may run into rate limitations and data retention limitations.
Please look into using something already set up for commercial applications such as Azure IoT or AWS IoT.
