I make a little MIDI controller that uses the QTPY SAMD21. I've sold a bunch of them, but I have now had two of them die mysteriously. No green light. No clicking the little button to reset it. Just totally dead.
USB-C is a pretty wide spec ... is it possible that someone is powering it with something that is overloading it? Is there a component on the QTPY I should test to see where the failures have been? In both cases, the product worked, and then after some use, just wouldn't turn on again. I think in both cases, a different power brick was used.
