Light-up music player project with micro:bit

Post by ShirlySF »

Hey, everyone! I wanted to share a project and program that I created using micro:bit, an RGB light strip, and an mp3 module.

I made a light-up music player that plays tunes while also displaying colorful lights that match the beat. And get this - you can increase the volume by pressing the button on the micro:bit, which also changes the color of the RGB light strip.

Check out the pics below to see what my program looks like! Hopefully, this project inspires you to come up with your own creative ideas using micro:bit.

micro:bit * 1
Hiwonder micro:bit expansion board * 1
Mp3 module * 1

Is that a neopixel LED strip that you're using?
