ItsyBitsy M4 Express not showing up under boards?

I think I've got it working now, at least the LCD. I'm using LCD_I2C.h with success but there was also some user error of course. I've yet to try the SD again yet.

But, what's new to me with this board is that the sketch doesn't run right away after uploading or a power cycle. I understand it's also a storage drive, maybe that's why? Is that a setting that I can adjust?

There's erratic behavior where quite often Arduino IDE says it can't find the board, then I reset it according to Adafruit website instructions which sometimes works but I often have to repeat this. Sometimes I get a "Windows couldn't install board", but not always. Then when I powercycle the board, the sketch may not run unless I reset it again.

This all sounds odd. Make sure *everything* is up to date: Arduino, its boards and libraries, as well as the bootloader on the ItsyBitsy.

I think that may have done the trick, my bootloader was 2.0 vs 3.0.
