1-Is there any specific library to run Flac decoder ?
2-Which is the max size of SD you can use ?

There are some tips for getting FLAC going in this VS1053 closed issue. Libs, scripts, patches, etc.
This device uses FAT16 or FAT32 formatted microSD cards so you will be limited to 32GB.
