New Sounds for Star Wars Blaster

Post by dbklingdom »

Hello,
I am creating new sounds for Star Wars Blaster. Can I get help with the technical sales? I need two sound boards and speaker for two blasters.
I think what I need is two Adafruit Audio FX Sound Board - WAV/OGG Trigger with 2MB Flash. If I read this correctly I need only load sound/s? I am not a programmer and do not which to go down that road.
I also saw speakers in Adafruit "Music Maker" MP3 Shield for Arduino w/3W Stereo Amp, which board and speakers may be all I need? My dimensions are not in order Height 1 7/16”, Width 1” with depth 1” or more. Please see pictures attached.
Can you put together a quote with part numbers to order for boards, speakers, and button or trigger? I have room for the board/s but hope you have speakers to fit. One other thing would be volume. Can that be set up and down.
Many thx Brian

Adafruit doesn't have a concierge shopping service. Your thoughts are good: for each blaster you'll need an AudioFX board (the version with an amplifier), a speaker, a trigger button, and buttons (if required) for volume up and down, and a battery (the biggest that will physically fit IMO). A LiPo is always nice but you'll need to have a way to recharge it. I'd look at including a charger board that you can connect to USB to recharge the battery.
