NeoKey 1x4 not working

Hi, I recently ordered a NeoKey 1x4 as part of order 3075390-3447509331. A green light comes on on the back, but code doesn't read it at all. I have a RP2040 connected via qt connectors to the NeoKey, then a rotary encoder board and a screen. The rotary encoder and screen both work fine. I ran this code (https://learn.adafruit.com/scanning-i2c ... cuitpython) and it shows the other rotary encoder and screen, but not the NeoKey. Is there anything else to try to debug this board?
