Does the board have any LED activity or anything on the built-in display?
Are you able to manually invoke the bootloader? Does this cause an LED state change or drive to appear?
When the Funhouse is plugged into one of your Win10 machines using a known good USB cable / port that works with the ESP32s you have does anything show up in the Device Manager?
