QT Py ESP32 S3 enter bootloader

Hello Adafruit-Team,

iam just trying to enter the bootloader of my QT Py ESP32-S3 to install CircuitPython.
i Follow the quickstart guide but after serveral tries with different speeds of double tapping - i get not into bootloader mode.
i see the purple led.
my cable is good as i use it for data things daily...

is it really a double tab on the reset?
or do i have to use the boot button in some way?
(i also tried it with reset + tab on boot at purple but no successs...)

it just enters the demo mode of *white* and rainbow fade...

next i will try to install the uf2 bootloader myself..

any tips are welcome..
(i have some more boards - so more chances for easier CP install are welcome ;-) )

reinstalling the utf bootloader as described in the reset tutorial worked.
