Hello,
Our local women's soccer team would like to sponsor a competition for our school district's middle and high school students to design and build a "wearable" version of the team jersey. They'd like to provide each team of students that registers for the competition with a "kit" to get them started, which would include a team jersey, plus...looking for recommendations. Conductive thread or tape? Gemma? LED sequins or neopixels? Our students and teachers are familiar with programming a Circuit Playground and mostly use block-based coding. Our sponsor is estimating $50-75 of materials per team. I would LOVE recommendations! (Especially items that are in-stock, with enough for ~20 teams to participate.) Much appreciated!! - Brenda, Oakland, CA

Re: Recommendations for Middle School Wearables Competition
Is the jersey just for show or do they plan to play in them and how much "bling" do they want? Do they plan to interact with the jersey or will it be autonomous?

Re: Recommendations for Middle School Wearables Competition
The jersey will just be for show. We hope to have them displayed at our district STEM Fair and afterwards at a local science museum--but they won't be worn during an actual game.
