Re: impossible "contact"
product 2591 (plus and minus 12 volt dc supply from 110VAC)
. The input is 110 VAC.
The black output is plus 12 volts (as it should be, center pin to shell).
The white output should be minus 12 volts, center pin to shell.
The measured voltage is POSitiVe 12 volts, center pin to shell).
Would you please ship one of the correct connection? Thanks. Louis

"The black wire is your every day classic +12VDC with center positive. The white wire is the negative supply, its also center positive which means the center is the same as the black wire's ground. The 'ring' of the white-cable connector is -12VDC."

Re: impossible "contact"
I have ordered several things from Adafruit recently. I have paid with PayPal. I was attempting to purchase more stuff only to find my email blocked because I'm a suspected credit card defrauder. Having read "Please be positive and constructive with your questions and comments." Here you go... I am positive I do not like the situation you have created. I am positive that your support methodology is a near perfect vacuum (and what do vacuums do?). I suggest that you "construct" a more helpful customer support system.

Re: impossible "contact"
I have had an account here since 2013. Adafruit has shipped to my address before. Suddenly I get:
"Due to increased credit card fraud attempts on our site, we have permanently disabled certain shipping and billing addresses. Please use a direct address to you or your business instead.
Adafruit does not ship to freight forwarders/mailboxes/remailers/..... Please visit our distributor section for a reseller in your local area. If you believe your address has been flagged incorrectly, please Contact Us."
This makes no sense given the fact I've ordered before!!!

Re: impossible "contact"
We are constantly updating our shipping database. Are you delivering to a residence, a freight-forwarder, or some other sort of address?
Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread and they will help you out.

Re: impossible "contact"
Gary, My issue occurred when shipping to a residence and using PayPal. I don't know the intricacies of PayPal, but I believe they are essentially a "broker" between a credit card and a merchant so that all the merchant knows is that you can / will pay but has no information about your card. So, I was shipping to a residence that had a history of orders and a history of paying when I was put on the list. I like doing business with Adafruit; I think they're a great resource - most things are in stock or rapidly re-stocked, prices are fair, etc. My concern was with the process by which good customers, or customers in good standing, get put on the list. I contacted Jessica at the support email address Rick gave you. She got me reinstated quickly.
